These terms govern your use of the Codental service, provided by Zafco Industries Ltd ("we", "us"). By using our service or website, you agree to these terms.
Codental provides AI-powered services for dental practices, which may include call handling, messaging and chat tools, patient communication, and related practice support services. The specific features and scope of service provided to each customer are set out in the agreement entered into with that customer.
Any free demonstration or pilot is provided to help you evaluate the service. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the service performs well during a pilot, but pilots are provided on an "as is" basis without guarantees of specific results.
Fees, where applicable, are set out in your individual agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, services are provided on a rolling monthly basis with no long-term lock-in, and may be cancelled in line with the terms of that agreement.
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, as parts of the service depend on third-party providers such as telephony and hosting platforms. We are not liable for interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid for the service in the three months preceding the relevant claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits or business that do not arise directly from our work.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process patient data on your behalf, we do so as your data processor under appropriate data-processing terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active customers. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
